Returns of Goods Policy

It’s important to us that you’re happy with your recent purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied you can return it within 14 days.
We ask that you firstly notify us by email, at the address below, of your intention to return any item(s) with your reason for return.

Refund

If the goods are undamaged, and you require a refund, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipment. Please enclose a proof of purchase with the returned goods. We recommend you keep proof of posting.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, as long as they are in new and unused and undamaged condition, we will issue a full refund by the same method as your original payment for goods.

You do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore, please ensure you do not damage the items (or the packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example, boxed garments and gift items) and, if you wish to return anything, that it reaches us in perfect condition.

Where an item has a ticket attached, it must still be attached and undamaged upon return.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amount due by way of compensation, to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

Replacement

In the event of goods arriving to you in a damaged condition, we will provide a replacement as quickly as possible.

Please return the goods to us by post (keeping proof of posting) and we shall ensure a replacement item is sent out to you by return and that you are refunded for the standard delivery cost of returns postage.

Please enclose a proof of purchase within the returned package.

Proof of postage costs can be sent to us by email at the address below, to receive reimbursement.

Your Consumer Rights

This returns policy does not take away any statutory rights you may have.

WW Revolution Membership Cancellation

Your WW Revolution Membership is a rolling agreement which will automatically renew monthly upon receipt of your agreed subscription. You are entitled to cancel your membership at any time.

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must inform us of your intention to cancel by email to the address below, along with a brief explanation of your reason for cancelling.

No pro-rata refund will be provided for the remainder of the month during which you cancelled.

You will no longer have access to future live webinars provided.

You will however have access to the members area until the end of the month within which you cancelled.

How do I cancel my membership?

Send us an email to notify us of your intention to cancel, using the email address below.

Login to PayPal. Click on the details for the last time you were billed, that will take you to a screen with your subscription number, click on that subscription number and you can cancel right there.

If you do not have a paypal account, contact us by email and we will assist you.
